TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Definitions

- "Facilment": Refers to the business entity providing mentoring, coaching, and training services.

- "Client": The individual or organisation purchasing services from Facilment.

- "Services": Mentoring, coaching, training, workshops, or advisory services provided by Facilment.

- "Agreement": The contractual arrangement between Facilment and the Client as outlined in these terms.

2. Scope of Services

- Facilment will provide the agreed-upon services as outlined in the proposal or contract.

- Services are tailored to meet the Client's needs and objectives.

3. Payment Terms

- Payment is required in full or as per the installment schedule agreed upon in writing.

- All invoices must be settled within 15 days of issuance. Late payments may incur an interest charge of 4% per month.

- Facilment reserves the right to suspend services if payments are not received on time.

4. Refund Policy

- Refunds are only provided under specific circumstances, such as service cancellation by Facilment without rescheduling.

- If the Client cancels after services have commenced, no refunds will be made as all sales are final.

- Non-refundable deposits are required to secure bookings.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

- By the Client: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 15 days in advance. Failure to do so may result in fees forfeited or additional charges.

- By Facilment: In cases where Facilment needs to cancel or reschedule, alternative arrangements will be provided.

6. Client Responsibilities

- The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery.

- The Client is responsible for actively participating in sessions and implementing recommendations.

7. Confidentiality

- Facilment and the Client agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or sensitive information shared during the services.

- Facilment will not disclose Client information to third parties without prior written consent unless required by law.

8. Intellectual Property-

All materials provided by Facilment, including workbooks, presentations, and resources, are the intellectual property of Facilment.

- The Client may not reproduce, distribute, or modify these materials without prior written consent.

9. Liability-

Facilment will exercise reasonable care and skill in delivering services. However, Facilment is not responsible for indirect, consequential, or economic losses arising from service use.

- The Client is responsible for implementing strategies and advice provided during sessions.

10. Data Protection

- Facilment complies with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR.

- Personal data is collected solely for delivering services and will not be shared without consent.

11. Website-Specific Terms

- By accessing Facilment's website, you agree to these terms and conditions.

- Unauthorized use of website materials, including copying, modifying, or redistributing content, is prohibited.

- Facilment is not liable for website interruptions, technical issues, or third-party links.

- All personal information submitted via the website will be treated in accordance with our privacy policy.

12. Termination

- Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice of 30 days. Any outstanding fees for services rendered must be settled upon termination.

- Facilment reserves the right to terminate the agreement immediately in case of non-compliance with these terms.

13. Dispute Resolution

- Any disputes arising under this agreement will first be attempted to be resolved amicably.

- If no resolution is reached, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in United Knigdom.

14. Governing Law

- These terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom​
